Select a font in AeroInsta Settings 》 Stories 》 NEON font option (select "iOS Style Emojis" option for iOS style emojis).

Restart Instagram Aero (close app and re-open).

Go to story creation page.

As you can see in the screenshots below, choose the NEON type or the 3rd font. This is your font of choice:
