If you encounter this bug, follow the steps in the screenshot below in order for fix:
1:
Long click to home button.
2:
Click to "Modify Quick Experiment Settings" button.
3:
Search "vp9" and disable all.
4:
Restart Instagram Aero (close app and re-open).
