🔴 The "video scrubber" option has been removed by Official Instagram in newest Instagram versions.
You can use the following feature instead of "video scrubber".
Set "player persistent scrubber duration" developer option to "1" so you will see a bar for every video 1 second or longer. Using this bar, you can fast forward and rewind videos:
