My whatsaero was normal until it started to crash, I couldn't do anything else, it opened and crashed forever, I updated and it didn't help, so I deleted and installed it again, it went back to normal but I lost all my data, I have the file backup but I can't restore, it says that it is not found, I have the old "Whatsapp" folder intact and the new whatsapp is not found in the "Android/media/com.whatsapp/Whatsapp" folder, I tried to put the backup file there but also not it was, what should i do?
